Shawn loves riding his bike and didn't want to feel like a gym rat stuck inside on a beautiful day. He had 30 minutes a day, a set of dumbbells, and a drive to feel strong again. He was logging rides, tracking his macros, and wondering why progress felt so slow.
We brought clarity to his chaos with efficient, evidence-based training that fit his lifestyle, not the other way around. We gave him smart, effective training he could do in his basement and stay on his bike as much as possible.
A Dad Who Doesn’t F*ck Around.
Result: Shawn lost 20 lbs, gained confidence, stayed consistent - without skipping bedtime stories or work meetings. Won local race series!
Andrew had a race on the calendar, an infant at home, and a business to run. He didn't need more noise- he needed a proven plan that fit his high-stress, high-output life.
His minimalist marathon coaching program integrated performance with recovery, his busy travel schedules, and stress management. No burnout. No rigid program. Just training that worked- even when life got messy.
He was running, riding and lifting and tracking everything from HRV to FTP. All that input was leaving him more confused than confident. Tired of spreadsheets, guesswork, and conflicting advice, it was time to simplify.
We helped Geoff prioritize what mattered most and ditch what didn't. No more guessing if he was overtraining or under-recovering. He had clear structure and measurable progress.
Result: Andrew completed the NYC marathon strong- calm, confident, and injury-free.
Result: Geoff become an athlete who knows when to push, when to pull back, and how to identify the "signal in the noise" of his data and metrics.
Eric had the build of a freight train and the lifting numbers to match. But years of grinding heavy had caught up. His joints were tight, conditioning was shot, and workouts were starting to feel more like punishment than power. He knew something had to change.
We retooled everything—starting with mobility, functional strength, and conditioning built for longevity. No fluff, just simple shifts that brought his athleticism back to life. Eric got leaner, moved better, and trained pain-free—for the first time in years.
Chuck used to train with purpose. In his 20s, he was unstoppable. But in his 40s, structure faded, motivation fizzled, and the athlete mindset started to slip. He’d hit the gym for a week or two, then fall off. The fire was gone.
We rebuilt it from the ground up. A simple, progressive plan gave Chuck momentum. Weekly check-ins kept him accountable. And the right mix of structure and autonomy helped him reconnect with the competitor inside. Chuck showed up consistently, trained hard, and started feeling like an athlete again—on his own terms.
Doug lived for the grind. He stacked endurance events, pushed hard daily, and wore his fatigue like a badge of honor, but behind the hustle, his body was wrecked- burnt out, inflamed, and constantly flirting with injury. Progress had stalled, and deep down, he knew he couldn’t keep white-knuckling it forever.
We refined it- without watering it down. We built a smarter, periodized program with built-in recovery, nervous system resets, and breath-driven performance. Doug trained less, but got more out of it. He felt lighter, faster, and stronger- with energy left to enjoy his life outside the gym.
Result: Eric unlocked full-body power and athleticism again—without the joint pain or burnout.
Result: Chuck rebuilt his identity, gained back his physique and purpose, finally felt proud of how he showed up - in and out of the gym.
Result: Doug completed the Triple Bypass Ride in Colorado. Felt so good he decided to make it even harder by starting and ending at his friend's house 10 miles from the start/finish.
Built Like a Tank. Moved Like a Brick. Not Anymore.
Training Hard Was Easy. Training Smart Was the Shift.
He didn't need motivation. He needed a proven system.
