I'm Michael - a PhD physiologist, performance coach, lifelong athlete, father, partner and adventurer.

I train hard, recover intelligently and track only what's essential.

I ski. I ride. I lift. I play. I live. I refine.

I’m 45 stepping into 46 and every year I become more capable, not less. I refuse to tell men how to live powerfully unless I embody it myself.

I’ve spent two decades at the intersection of science and human potential, working with NIH, high-level executives, endurance athletes and everyday grinders looking to feel better, move stronger and show up fully.

I blend cutting-edge testing, wearables and data with old-school accountability and heart. I’m based in Denver, a proud dad and someone who believes your health should amplify your life - not restrict it.

I teach men how to perform at their peak today, while building a body and mind that last a lifetime.
I believe true fitness isn’t about how fast you can go, but how long you can keep going.

Why I Do This

I want to model a different path - for my son, for my clients and for every man who knows he’s meant for more.

I lost people I love too early. I’ve seen how quickly capability can slip and I’ve seen how powerful life becomes when we train, live, and recover in ways that extend the years we can actually live - move, play, adventure and lead.

I’ve watched men climb the mountain of success only to realize their energy, health, and capability are slipping out from under them.

I coach because I want to help men stay strong, present, adventurous, and fully capable for the moments that matter - with their families, on their mountains, in their businesses, and within themselves.

I do this because men deserve more than lifespan.
They deserve performance years filled with strength, clarity, purpose, and joy.
